Product Manager - eCommerce - IIT/NIT/NSIT/ISB/IIM/NITIE/MDI/SP Jain (1-5 yrs)

As A Product Manager, You Would Be Expected To:

- Identify gaps in the current e-Commerce product offering and lead the effort to develop solutions that drive business value.

- Define and manage the product roadmap.

- Generate new product ideas, research/ analyze their feasibility and business impact, and then lead the implementation of those ideas by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Category, IT, Marketing etc.

- Work with Marketing, UX, Analytics, IT, Analytics and Category team to improvise the functionalities and conversion rate on the website/ app.

- Iterate, test and improve on key efficiency indicators such as conversion rate, add-to-cart rate, churn rate, retention rate etc.

You Must Have:

- 2-5 years of experience, at least 1 year of experience on product management

- Prior experience of growth-hacking web/mobile products is must

- MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes (ISB / IIM'S / NITIE/ MDI/ SP Jain/ Great Lakes) or BTech from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes (IIT/ NIT/ NSIT/ DCE/ PEC/ Thapar)

- Passionate about building world class products on the web / mobile with rich experience in the ecommerce industry

- Ability to connect projects/initiatives to business benefits. Should be able to understand and articulate the economic rationale for every measurable effort

- Must have experience in multivariate, A/B testing and experimentations

- Perseverance - ability to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with any project

- Should be data obsessed. Derive insights from data and use the same for product improvements and iterations. Also educate cross functional teams with actionable derived from deep data insights
