Product Manager - eCommerce - IIT/IIM/NIT/ISB (3-8 yrs)
Position : Product Manager
Location : Bangalore

Responsibilities:
- Own and managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, concept to launch.
- As a cross-functional lead, responsibilities will includes driving ideas and features from concept to launch. Will involve working with engineering and design on a day to day basis to launch features.
- Ideate and implement a go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
- Solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results in a complex, fast moving environment. - Be the internal and external evangelist for the product.
- Market research and customer intelligence.

- Strong data-driven analytical skills.
- Great attention to detail and understanding of consumer behavior.
- Ability to operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity and have a track record of building successful teams

Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience and a minimum 1 year of experience in product management for a web based product company.
- Engineering background and hands-on development experience is a must. MBA from Tier-1 B-school is an added advantage.
- Should have a good business acumen and a mindset to question
- Passion for delivering results and driving things to completion.
