Product Manager - eCommerce - IIT/BITS/NIT

We are scouting for Product Manager for one of the ecommerce giants who has retained us to fulfil its key leadership roles.

Our client's endeavor is to create Customer Delight by delivering Exceptional Experiences. With this vision, they aim to build a robust insurance eco-system which would enable customers to fulfill their insurance needs in a hassle-free way.

The company facilitates both Motor and Non-Life Insurance with a strong focus on Motor Insurance across all the segments Private Car, Commercial Vehicles, School Buses, GCV, Bikes. With a robust platform with 10+ Insurers on its platform the company aims to grow multifold in this financial year through its New Car, Used Car, POSP and B2C Channels

Key responsibilities will include :

- Define product strategy and road map for insurance product for Insurance.

- Maintain knowledge of all features and services of product and recommend new features and enhancements to keep improving to accelerate business growth.

- Analyze customer requirements, requests and product issues to plan enhancement cycle.

- Set prioritization for new features / enhancements / backlogs with a balance of near term deliverables and long term goals.

- Effectively communicate product strategy and trade-offs to all business leaders and technology leaders.

- Be the product evangelist and partner closely with business, Design, Technology, QA and Sales team to understand the requirements and deliver effective solution.

- Develop PRDs, Wireframes, Use Cases for planned product feature and conduct discussions with multiple stakeholders to take approvals and finalize requirements

- Follow agile practices to deliver on scheduled releases for projects.

- Administer and carry out UAT to provide final approval on product delivery.

- Provide support to achieve all marketing strategies.

- Assist business leads to review all financials of projects, analyze all key business metrics, perform market research & usability tests on all activities and provide status reports to management.

- Engineering Graduation (B.Tech), preferably from Tier 1 College.

- Strong experience of 4 years to 10 years in product management

- Any technical experience in addition to product experience is a plus.

- Experience working in fast paced product startup or ecommerce organization.

- Experience in wire framing, creating requirement specs and data analysis
