Product Manager - eCommerce - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Analyse and understand market trends, competitors and user needs to continuously improve our understanding of the market and come up with new product ideas

- Drive product concepts from ideation through validation, shipping and iteration

- Write business and product requirement documents

- Create wireframes, user flows and work closely with UI/UX team on requirements and design reviews.

- Work with the tech team to drive execution of the product development

- Act as the primary liaison for your product between multiple departments, including design, development, sales, and implementations.

Requirements :

- MBA from one of the premier institutes or equivalent

- 1-2 years of previous product management work experience, preferably in an eCommerce or related internet companies

- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills

- Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and work with speed

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong presentation and persuasion skills

- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodology

- Some knowledge of construction / real estate industry preferred
