Looking for Candidates from E Commerce background from Bangalore location only   Skills-   - Detail out user stories for the different product features being planned for development  - Interact closely with development team, UX designers and Product Managers to ensure that features are prioritised correctly and developed as required for meeting the needs of customers  - Involve in the customers- /prospects- business requirements collection process  - Identify opportunities for the development of new features or enhancement of existing products (through analysis of customer/ prospect feedbacks and knowledge of market trends, competition gathered in research activity and gap analysis between business requirements and Company offering)  - Consolidate and articulate business needs into new product concepts or enhancements in line with Company's global strategy  - Ensure consistency between business requirements, global deployment plan and product strategy  - Anticipate risks and propose mitigation actions   - Communicate and raise issues whenever appropriate  - Provide input for functional test plans and scripts (user personas and user scenarios)  - Manage product documentation (create, update and distribute product documents e.g product overview)  - Participate to RFI/RFP to provide relevant information on Product functionalities and contribute to the elaboration of contracts   Other skills -  - Communicate the value of the products (internal presentations, demonstrations to customers, trade shows)  - Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and presentation skills  - Ability to handle multiple ongoing threads at the same time  - Ability to understand the perspectives and priorities (empathy) of the different product stakeholders and take decisions accordingly  - Experience in Mobile and Conversational platforms is must  - Previous exposure to a multicultural work environment is desirable  - Strong customer and user focus & interpersonal skills  - Accountability, pro-activity and autonomy  - A high-level understanding of technology, IT systems and development processes is crucial  - Experience of working with remote teams is desirable  - Project Management skills  - Experience in Agile Projects is preferable  - Experience in travel domain is a plus  - Knowledge of modern developments in the digital space will help the candidate hit the ground running  Education and Years of Experience  - University degree in Business or Technology, Engineering school degree, Business/ Management school degree   - 9 years experience minimum is mandatory  - Prior experience as a Business Analyst is highly desirable  - Prior experience in a product company is a plus  - Customer management responsibilities & exposure is an asset  The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate having - shipped- a successful e-commerce/m-commerce product
