Product Manager - eCommerce

Skills Required

- Passionate about building world class products on the web / mobile with rich experience in the internet / ecommerce industry - prior experience of growth-hacking web/mobile products is a huge plus

- Ability to connect projects/initiatives to business benefits. Should be able to understand and articulate the economic rationale for every measurable effort

- Keen interest in championing and experimenting with new measurable product ideas.

- Experience with multivariate testing and experimentation

- Exceptional business and analytical skills

- Distinctive design and product sense

- Perseverance - ability to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with any project

- A high bar for quality and integrity of work - your own contributions to that of others

- Should be data obsessed. Derive insights from data and use the same for product improvements and iterations. Also educate cross functional teams with actionable derived from deep data insights.

Education : Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA (nice to have)

Work Experience : Overall 5+ years (3+ years in the eCommerce/Internet experience mandatory)
