Company - Ecommerce company catering to Healthcare industry

Position - Product Manager

Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Drive product growth, a set of business metrics and ensure their end-to-end success/growth

- Decide feature roadmap, and take decisions in a pragmatic, data-driven manner

- Analyse data in order to better understand users- behaviour and guide product development

- Build and analyse key data sets and dashboards to empower operational and exploratory analysis

- Create tools and analyse data that help with team efficiencies, scalability, and profitability

- Work closely with the technical, product and business teams to roll out and enhance set of product offerings

- Inform, influence, and support product team through presentation of work and propose what to build in the next Product Roadmap

Please apply only if you're:

- + BE/B-Tech/BS or MBA from reputed colleagues or have equivalent relevant work experience.

- At least, 2 years of product management experience in web/mobile. Experience in data analytics is a win.

- You're an incessant problem solver and tougher the problem gets, more fun you have.

- You love to own end to end responsibility, starting from defining the problem statement (either yourself or alongside your peers), executing it and monitoring its success along the way.

- Exceptional analytical skills and experience with A/B testing, cohort analytics, funnel analytics, etc

- Competent soft-skills required to work with cross-functional teams and inteact with customers

- Strong quantitative capabilities, and experience using analytics platforms to understand product usability.
