Product Manager

Product Manager to manage end-to-end delivery of new products and features, from idea inception to launch. Further, the candidate will get a ringside view of building the most intuitive product that adds immense value to Partners/Doctors and Patients.

What is expected ?

- Understand customer requirements, market gaps/ need gaps and drive release-level feature choices

- Connect activities and deliverables to business outcomes. Should have the ability to define the economic rationale for every major effort and translate into metrics

- Collaborating with Customer Success, UX, data and engineering teams/Development Partners on a day-to-day basis to build iterative, high quality features and experiences

- Create documentations to define product objectives, business requirements, and acceptance criterion and convert those into detailed functional requirements with proper user, system and process workflows

- Guide user experience design planning and delivery with a team of UX designers

Mandatory qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree with a technical discipline+ MBA from a Top B school

- 3+ years of software platform or e-commerce product management experience

- Experience working on at least one of A/B tools, e-commerce app, or large scale transactional systems

- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines

- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Passion for creating innovative solutions for Customers/Partners
