Role & Responsibilities:
Product Manager, E-Commerce
Candidate must possess a unique blend of product, analytics and P&L, and will be responsible for driving the organization to a self-sustainable platform delivering highest standards of user experience.
S/he will be responsible for managing the complete online product life cycle and be able to come up with disruptive ideas and drive implementation of the same. S/he should be able to think beyond the role and translate the - customer experience- into every aspect of the business. The individual will need to fit in well into the hands-on entrepreneurial culture of customer delight experience.
Responsibilities:
- Define goals and objectives of the process to drive performance, which include defining the strategy for web and mobile products to improve conversion and communication process.
- Identify market requirements, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap.
- Responsible for analyzing customer needs, competitive offerings and provide direction on best practices and emerging trends in relation to e-commerce capabilities.
- Collaborate with various teams such as IT, Designing, Marketing, Operations for core product development.
- Responsible for feature conceptualization, designing wireframes, documenting PRDs to enhance site usability & profitability.
- Responsible for developing customer wireframes and user cases and ensure optimal level of customer services
- Analyze all customer requirements and monitor requests and manage all defects in products for all monthly releases.
- Gathering & analyze User Research data to build Product Requirements.
- Responsible for developing new UI designs using web technologies.
