Product Manager - eCommerce (3-5 yrs)

Product Manager E-Commerce

Location: India, Remote (Preferably Chennai)

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

CTC: Max 30 LPA

Job Summary:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for building a suite of new products & services targeted to solve pain points of e-Com Online Sellers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering to identify opportunities to improve our current offerings, record best practices, and conceive & develop new products & solutions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA preferred

- 3-5 years of experience in product management, in an e-Com marketplace or a SaaS company building products for e-Com sellers

- Experience with online marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, Flipkart etc, is a must

- Proven track record of building successful products

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of online marketplaces, e-com tools and processes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and build playbooks (best practice blueprints) which will be used by internal teams to provide effectively solutions and services to customers

- Execute the product roadmap, ensuring that it helps deliver the business goals and client needs

- Drive product development by working closely with the Engineering team on a daily basis

- Act as a product evangelist internally, advocating for the effective usage of playbooks by the operations/delivery teams

- Manage the product backlog and make data-driven decisions to prioritize features and enhancements

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring that our marketplace services remain innovative and effective
