Product Manager - eCommerce

- PostGraduate from tier - 1 or equivalent colleges. MBA preferred.

- 2 - 6 years of product management experience (e-commerce preferred).

- Knowledge of end-to-end product management lifecycle is a must.

- Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.

- Naturally bright; ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively, to prioritize rapidly and accurately, and to understand tradeoffs.

- Basic technology knowledge like HTML and databases is an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for end-to-end new product launches.

- Responsible for maintaining existing products and helping management to make an informed decision on retiring the products.

- Coordinate with technology and content team for website content changes and review them.

- Responsible for content on the website for relevance.

- Responsible for pricing changes of the products using market research/ internal requirements.

- Act as a bridge between plant operations, finance, content, technology, and product teams.

- Coordinate with global and internal stakeholders for new platform migration.

- Crunch raw data and derive business/ customer insights from it.
