Product Manager - Driving Solutions (2-7 yrs)

- We are seeking a Product Manager with broad technical skills, strong business acumen, and a deep analytical background to drive our technology product.

- You will define what success in your business will look like on a quarterly and annual basis, and scope out and define the cadences and processes needed to grow your businesses and work with others to automate them.

- For this, you will be expected to build scalable solutions with focus on improving operational excellence including building a Hands off the Wheel solution to drive the team performance and customer satisfaction.

- You will be deeply involved in the overall vision, culture and direction of the team.

- You will enjoy working in a collaborative, analytical, and fast-paced environment and are comfortable interacting with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, fleet management, operations, and marketing.

- Candidate must have excellent analytical capabilities, be comfortable diving deep into data, have strong writing skills, and lead executive-level reviews.

- Candidates must have a track record of understanding customer needs & business problems and delivering technology solutions to address those needs.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred

- 5+ years of work experience with at least 2 years of experience working in product/program management or driving new initiatives and projects.

- Has managed critical operational processes, with end-to-end business responsibility.

- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business - by the numbers.

- Strong process definition and optimization skills; proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination.

- Experience in a results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions. Strong analytical, mediation and problem resolution skills.

- Must be metrics driven. Have a background in quantitative decision making, ability to drive business/operations metrics, and driving adoption of different tools and resources.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Skilled in collaborative management environment, succeeding through regular meetings and clear formal and informal communication with members of various teams.

- Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
