Product Manager / Director Role based at Mumbai :

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Individual to take up Product Management responsibilities for a young 6 Year old US-based Multi-million dollar Online Education business.

The company is currently looking to hire people who are passionate, smart, hard-working and with a fire-in-belly attitude to define and create the next generation platform, technology and innovative business models in - eLearning- services space.

Key Responsibilities - Typical deliverables are:-

- Analyze and advice regarding product innovation of the company and the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users.

- Identifies opportunities for improving business processes through information systems; assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.

- Participate in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process chiefly at requirement gathering/ business analysis and UAT (User acceptance testing) phases; thereby influence the quality of solution delivered. Also, interact with system solution delivery partners and various business users for effective and timely delivery of specific solutions.

- Initiation, planning and execution of strategic initiatives; vendor management; project management, solution identification & evaluation

- Good understanding of Lean Startup Approach for creating innovative products by running product experiments, measuring effectiveness, and developing a minimum viable product (MVP).

- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and initiatives

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects

- Self-starter. Must ask questions and learn new skills quickly on the job.

- Driven, team player that is motivated to take responsibility and ensure successful outcomes across activates

- Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds in a fast-paced working environment

Qualifications / Requirements:

- Engineering Degree or higher, candidates from Tier I institutes would be preferred

- 5 years + professional experience in product development and working with designers & developers

- Must have experience with Web technology, experience in developing apps would be an added advantage
