You will be involved in building new tools, building an adoption strategy of Digital Solutions across business teams (B2B), communicating with senior leaders to ensure higher adoption of the platform and presenting excellent stakeholder management skills. You will be responsible for : - Building tools (new features, enhancing existing features) - Creating a prototype for products and testing it for technical robustness. - Improving the adoption of Digital Tools. - Communicating with senior leaders to ensure higher adoption of the platform. - Building an adoption strategy of Digital Solutions across business teams (B2B). The Successful Candidate : - Minimum Bachelor's/PG Degree in any discipline from a Tier 1 or 2 college. - 2-5 years of relevant experience in mobile development. - Excellent Communication and Soft skills - MS Office (Word, excel and power point) - Knowledge of sales and management (knowledge regarding digital tools is a plus) - Statistical and analytical skills - People/team-management skills - Experience in marketing and research is a must.
