Product Manager - Digital Solutions - BFS (6-14 yrs)
Product Manager(Solutions)
- Company is building several digital solutions which would be used by several Merchants to up their digital quotient. In addition to this, a platform will also be built which aims to leverage strong hooks among existing loyal consumers of the Group as well as attract new consumers.
- The Group will drive deep loyalty, engagement and a seamless checkout journey with its consumers through this platform. Payments will be at the core of the business model and the Group shall build significant capabilities in this area as a differentiator.
Experience: 6+ years
Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Gurgaon
About the role: Techno-functional role where you will be responsible for driving E2E GTM of various Payments products across merchant channels.
What experience and qualifications we look for?
- 6 or more years of experience in handling merchant lifecycle relations including but not limited to solutioning new requirements, integrating solutions, success rate improvement, etc.
- Experience at a FinTech company or in a fast paced organization while working on multiple payments products with ecommerce entities is preferred.
- MBA + Engg. graduate

- Hands on experience in the technology domain with good knowledge of the underlying technology linked to payment solutions
- Sharp Problem solving skills; ability to work in ambiguous environment
- An entrepreneurial mentality with a strong bias for action; willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet goals
- Possess solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
What will you do?
Requirements Gathering:
- Interact with Merchants and identify pain points / improvement areas to fit our solutions
- Benchmark competition offerings, identify opportunity areas and feed to internal teams
- Analyse data and study industry level trends to forecast market behavior
Product Solutioning:
- Prepare functional requirements documents
- Solution Merchant requirements with internal or external teams to build configurable products that meet Merchant needs
- Effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each feature launch
Product GTM Adoption:
- Develop a holistic go to market plan of the feature and drive it end to end
- Work with Merchants to ensure adoption of the solutions and drive better success rates
Stakeholder Management:
- Manage multiple Merchants and multiple stakeholders of a Merchant at the same time
