Organization: One of India's leading Microfinance Institution. Position Summary: We are currently recruiting for an experienced product manager to lead digital lending initiatives. The individual will lead the company's digital initiatives by creating new digital products aligned to our customer segment and needs. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Develop customer facing digital products for the organization aligned to company vision and business plan 2. Create roadmaps for each of the digital initiatives of the organization and work towards continuous evolution of the products; identify strategic, high value features and functionalities through user research, analysis, and competitive insights 3. Develop the right marketing and user adoption strategy for all digital products that will drive adoption by our customers and prospects 4. Manage technical partners both internal and external to ensure deliveries of products are tracked and monitored and other external relationships 5. Manage all projects from user need identification, kickoff, MVP and KPI definition, design, development, and launch 6. Create all product requirements, user stories, opportunity assessments, feature prioritization and business justification for initiatives 7. Work closely with technology, business, operations, and other cross-functional partners both internal and external to design, build, and deploy product features 8. Design and undertake regular qualitative and quantitative user research 9. Develop a deep understanding of products, their context and users - especially how functionality meets or doesn't meet user needs 10. Take a user-centric approach to discovery, using research to test assumptions and validate requirements 11. Conduct regular user testing and analyses of products and services to ensure they are meeting user needs 12. Using data and insight, develop visions for future development of products to deliver greater value to users Skills and Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree in technology from a top tier institution 2. MBA would be a plus 3. Overall 5 - 8 years of experience with atleast last 3 years in product management specifically in digital products. Direct experience in financial services or a fintech would be a plus 4. Proven experience in product innovation and product development with atleast 1 digital product in the market 5. High levels of curiosity and a research mind-set 6. Experience drafting Product Requirements Documents and Ability to effectively communicate complex processes within and across teams 7. Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills along with attention to detail 8. Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills 9. Strong organizational, planning, and documentation skills 10. Should be result Oriented & Impact driven mindset
