Qualification : Any Graduate ( A good Institute passed out )/MBA ( Premium B-School )
- Product manager for Mobile banking channels app, sms, ussd and mobile site
- Responsible for conceptualization, development, implementation, support and adoption of the Mobile Banking Channels
- Execute mobile-first strategy for the bank
- Benchmarking with competition to remain competitive and the digital space for innovation
- Drive acquisition and consumption for the mobile banking channels. KPIs include active users, usage, revenues, etc
- Responsible for achievement of key parameters of product performance i.e. product enhancement with new features/services, tie up with vendors, customer experience
- Responsible for all processes, promotional activities, marketing, training related to the product
- Work with multiple stakeholders from cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Should be aware of Best Mobile and Digital Strategies
