Opening for Product Manager _Digital Channels

We want to change the way investors invest and manage their MFs and want to build addictive, must-use solutions for our partners and investors. We are looking for a product manager with strong business acumen, passion for building solutions and an eye for design to join our team in Mumbai.

Role:

- Own the market facing solutions for our investors & partners across all digital channels

- Interact with domain experts and users to understand the pain points

- Take vague or idea-level inputs, and turn them into detailed requirements

- Get customer context and pain points when requirements are not clearly defined

- Ask questions in ten different ways until you get clarity on what is best for the customer

- Drive consistently better user experience giving inputs on UI/UX

- Be ready to model based on your understanding, get it reviewed, and iterate quickly

- Own and drive solution metrics: User retention, usage frequency, ratings, digital sales etc.

- Make sure everyone knows their priorities and deliverables as requirements involve different people delivering different things

- Track deliverables and checklist everything, so that even small items like icons or error texts do not delay a release

- Crunch numbers and bring actionable insights

- Need to have experience working ( 7 to 10 years) with customer facing mobile (web or native ; both iOS and Android) and desktop solutions
