Job Description of Product Manager - Digital Channel
Gaming:
- Product owner for bank's games website, which is interactive web portal which hosts number of Banking games for product & services
- Management and coordination with Vendor for maintenance and uptime of Bank's games
- Track numbers of visits and data analysis for performance of bank games and identify opportunities for improvement
- Create, co-ordinate and manage end to end life-cycle of marketing and campaigns for bank games
- Conceptualisation and development of new games for bank game portal in coordination with external vendors and internal stakeholders
- Coordination and mentorship for any gaming or game related concepts presented in Bank trinity program
- Keep track of game or Gamification activities across industries to leverage any opportunities
Transactions:
- Benchmarking Bank mobile banking with other banks mobile banking in terms of services offered, transaction flows and user interfaces
- Identification, discussion and preparation of change managements documents viz. Business requirement specification/ Test cases in co-ordination with platform team
- Testing the functionality in co-ordination with relevant stakeholder and provide sign-offs
- Follow up on change requests raised to ensure timely closure of the requirements
- Coordination for various internal campaigns for creation of processes for campaign and prepare budgets for the same

- Benchmarking the new products
- Comparison with competitors
