Product Manager - Digital Banking

- Conceptualization and design of Merchant Acquiring Solutions from scratch

- Should have experience in building app customer journeys right from wireframe design to business logic, registration journeys & transaction flows in a business requirement document

- Should have understanding of working of transaction processing for POS, MPOS, UPI, BharatQR products

- Should have direct experience working with transaction processing platform companies for device certification, integration and API design

- Should have in-depth end-to-end understanding of onboarding flows, transaction flows and payment settlement flows including exception handling.

- Ability to design products & solutions with a fresh design-thinking principles

- Ability to create and deliver a Product roadmap across UX, Operations stability, System performance, Functionality, New Partner Integrations against viable business cases

- Proven implementation track record of executing a roadmap and delivering planned business results

- Strong experience in designing App experiences right from push notifications to analytics, targeted marketing, designing relevant campaigns and driving UUs and adoption with support from other support functions

- Strong presentation skills required

- Good Communication Skills

- Negotiating Skills

- Knowledge of Visual design tools, Adobe Forms or SQL an added advantage
