- Analyze the business requirements and create technical design in accordance with organisation's architecture standards
- Manage full software development lifecycle like requirements gathering, analysis, designing, software development, coding, testing and implementation
- Resolves critical issues and contributes to the business unit/area development.
- Technical Mentoring and coaching of the development team
- Provide technical support to peers & juniors
- Recommend changes to improve established development processes
- Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications
- Ensure high quality of products being delivered
- Participate in cross functional projects & initiatives
- Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.
