Position#1 : Product Manager / Deputy Product Manager. (Exact designation offered will be on the basis of internal parity.) Reporting to : General Manager Marketing Based at : Head Office, Delhi Responsibilities: - Development of Brand positioning and subsequent visual metaphors that can be leveraged on pack and communication. - Development of communication and messaging for various touch points that can be leveraged. - Interaction with advertising agencies and design firms to develop briefs and develop packaging and other advertising and promotional material. - Co-ordination and interaction with R&amp;D for the development of new offers (including innovations) and bringing them to market. - Co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities and quality in terms of delivery. - Analysis of Sales trend &amp; suggest the appropriate action plans. - Close working with Branches/ Trade Marketing Team in designing &amp; implementation of trade inputs. - Understand &amp; Capture the market needs &amp; opportunity areas. - Competition Tracking &amp; evaluating of trade inputs.
