Product Manager - Data Science - IT

Job Description :

- Understands the market trends, competitive landscape carefully and with the in-depth understanding of our existing product, chalks out the product vision and prioritizes the new features and requirements.

- Acts as a domain expert and advocates/ implements the best practices with the development team.

- Understands the individual customer requirements carefully and creates the Functional specifications, Use cases, mock-ups and other documents required for development team to get going. Explains functional requirements to the development team.

- Makes sure that the solution that is designed and developed effectively meets the business objectives of the end users.

- Validates/tests the newly developed features and their impact on existing features. Demonstrates these new features to key stakeholders and get their feedback.

- Works with UX team to create a pleasant user experience.

- Acts as the functional Go-to person for the QA team.

- Acts as the hub of the stakeholders for the application, interfacing with the customers, sales, consulting and development teams.

- Provides product training to internal and external departments.

- Acts as an SME and reviews the training material and product documentation.

- Helps the sales and pre-sales teams to support RFPs, RFQs, ongoing implementations and customer demos (preparation / delivery).

- As a SME, acts as the first respondent for any functional queries / issues from internal / external teams.

Requirements :

- Full Time Bachelors/Master's Degree in Engineering or Masters in Business Administration.

- 2-5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis.

. Excellent understanding of Data Science.

. Experience in Python or Jupyter or H2O

- Excellent English language skills both verbal and written.

- A good leader who can communicate the project plans and status of projects effectively.

- A self-motivated person who can work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and influencing skills, with proven ability to take initiatives.

- Experience working within Cloud, SaaS, AI/ML applications will be an added advantage.
