Purpose of the Job - Current Account & Projects: Commercial Banking group

Key Deliverables:

Product Manager is responsible for developing new product/features as per market/customer requirement which support business numbers. The key responsibilities include:

- Act as a subject matter expert to employees and provide clarifications on existing process /products /related features of the products/ polices related to existing products.

- Undertake projects and assignments necessary to simplify & streamline existing process. Identification of potential weaknesses in processes and accordingly ensuring the role out of detailed process note, checklists, responsibility matrices etc.

- Understand & evaluate the market for new product roll-out. Gathering voice of business and design of industry specific policies to impact the business numbers.

- Manage large and sometimes complex cross-function projects. This involves preparation of business requirement, converting regulatory policies to quantifiable measures and then placing requirement on technical teams for system development. The candidate will be responsible for ascertaining deployment as per business requirement.

- Drive as well as work out automation of report generation for tracking of critical parameters. Conduct timely reviews with senior management .

- Participation in central projects undertaken by central compliance group of the Bank and cross functional teams.

- Co-ordination with internal stakeholders to provide client specific solutions and development of existing features of the product.

- Knowledge sharing & guidance to team members to build a competent and strong team.
