Responsibilities -&nbsp; - You will be responsible for creating path breaking CRM products. - You will work with customers and customer-facing teams to get product ideas. - You will translate them into product specifications. You will work with the engineering team to deliver on the product specs. You will be responsible for timely and high-quality delivery of the product. You will plan product delivery and present the status to management. - You will be our product evangelist, both internally and externally. You will demonstrate the features and advantages of the CRM products to our sales, presales and engineering team. - You will demonstrate the product features to the customers and partners and convince them of its merits. - You will own the product documentation. The presentations, brochures, guides, videos etc. - You will be the single-point of contact for all queries on product features and functionalities from the implementation as well as the sales team. - You will regularly present new product plans, demos, competitive reviews, and more to the leadership team. Qualifications - You should have worked in a product management role. Preferably in a CRM organization. - Should have prior experience in defining and delivering the product scope for CRM or similar products. Understanding of Financial services domain is a plus. A total experience of 7-10 years with a product management experience of 3 years is preferable. - Project Managers who have delivered complex CRM projects and have a flair for product conceptualization and delivery can also apply. - Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical is mandatory. All communication around the product needs to be designed by the product manager. Requires extensive presentations to partners and customers. you need to have demonstrable experience in product documentation, product pitch and product presentation. - Think creatively and critically about product features, architecture, and capabilities. Innate curiosity and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly-changing start up environment is necessary. - A technical background, while not mandatory, is desirable. - Quick learner and ability to work with multiple teams.
