Product Manager - Credit Risk - BFS (8-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Develop new credit risk products and services to drive digital transformation agenda - EWS/NNA and Credit Risk Assessment workflow automation
- Co-ordinate between developers and business units to build custom prototypes and deliver proof of concepts to existing and prospective clients
- Product presentation / demonstration to senior internal stakeholders and clients / prospective clients
- Develop new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the division / organization
- Own the product life cycle from planning to tactical activities including roadmaps, business justification, go to market execution, and pricing
Functional & Behavioural Knowledge :
- Good understanding / knowledge of innovative credit risk products offered in the market
- Know-how of market trends, workflow patterns, competition, and distribution to develop an intimate knowledge of the products- key markets
- Solid understanding of banks- internal systems or related analytic tools/applications/dashboards
- Excellent analytical, planning, and process development skills, strong business discernment, and high level of initiative-taking ability, are required
Problem Solving :
- Translate market needs into business and product requirements, and work closely with other internal stakeholders (Credit Risk Analytics and Business Development teams) to assure that the organization is delivering solutions that efficiently and consistently meet business goals
Interactions :
- Ability to communicate new product ideas to senior stakeholders
- Effectively present optimal solutions to clients - through prototypes and presentations
- Excellent query handling abilities - simple and complex
- Team management - driving productivity and ensure that the team remains highly motivated

- Display strong leadership skills to drive the team to achieve the desired results
- High level of ownership, accuracy and attention to detail
