Job Description

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Professionally qualified MBA

- 4-7 years of experience in Product Management in Retail Credit Cards

- Knowledge of payment systems and cards industry

- Experience of launching a product variant and with a proficient understanding of cards management systems

- Good analytical skills

- Good inter personal and communication skills (verbal and written)

- Experience in digital initiatives relating to Retail Credit Cards

ROLE DESCRIPTION

- Formulate and implement product proposition and processes relating to Retail Credit Cards in conjunction with Credit Risk Policy, Underwriting team and sales team

- Acquisition strategy and process

- Manage P&L of Retail Credit Cards

- E2E management of Digital initiatives on Retail Credit Cards

- Liaison with product development and technology teams for implementation of business requirements related to cards

- Support implementation of strategies to manage card lifecycle and identify new business opportunities

- Increase spends, activation and usage of Retail Credit Cards

- Co-ordinate with Personal Banking teams on various Business requirements for acquisition opportunities

- Partner management

- Support for day to day product-related escalations or issues

- Sales team facilitation

- Manage relationships with stakeholders related to Cards

- MIS and reporting

QUALIFICATION

- MBA/PG from Premier Institute.
