Product Manager - Credit Card & ATM - Digital Domain - Bank (3-8 yrs)
Job Role:
- Experienced in Product Management Banking Automation development & Digital Innovation. Driving various revenue opportunities.. Experienced in Payment solutions & Project Management.
- Business Analytics on new initiatives /projects w.r.t Banking Automation\digital space.
- Doing industry benchmarking to understand latest market trends in ATM\Automation. Following up with MS vendors, IT, BSG daily regarding work in progress projects
- Monitoring projects progress. Keeping track on best industry practices towards ATM channel.
PRODUCT MANAGER-CREDIT CARDS :
Job Role:
- Manage end to end product lifecycle for focus products - drive engagement with acquisition team while also keeping sight on strengthening key metrics
- Focus on building new partnerships, engagements & digital journeys with Digital Team. Bring in product propositions and offers to disrupt the credit card space
- Work closely with Policy, Risk & Analytics team to explore new segments, analyse customer behaviour, & build new product offerings
- Track competition offerings, analyse the market and industry trend to continuously streamline business approach
- Coordinate with cross functional teams like Digital & operations team to continuously evolve the user experience through new technology/process changes
- Gather understanding on the customer experience, identify gaps, work on new ideas to grow market penetration, and drive overall business goals
- Liaise with stakeholders from Business intelligence team, risk and analytics team to identify new segments & explore opportunities.
