Main Responsibilities
Optimize sales & profitability of available portfolio Sales & Profitability target adherence:
1. Analyze regional sales & profitability on a quarterly basis and reports back performance Profitability realization globally
2. Issue guardrails on transactional, disparity and value based pricing

1. Responsible for Strategy, Budgeting & driving key global customer projects/ allocations to meet sales targets Business realization globally
2. Leading Cost, Quality & Process improvement projects to achieve leadership position in the segment
3. Effectively launch & commercialize new products after understanding the market demands
Steer life cycle initiatives in our innovation pipeline Life cycle pipeline value:
1. Identify life cycle needs for products hitting saturation in the market No of product launches & discontinuation of less profitable products
2. Initiate and personally drive life cycle projects in the pipeline as a Project leader
3. Secure appropriate launch and products cannibalization scenarios
Overlook capacity planning and supply coordination EVP minimization:
1. Drive capacity projects with plant for strategic products involving investments & toll manufacturing Capacity planning adherence
2. Coordinate globally selected products' capacity and allocate volumes in the regions in case of limited supplies
- Formulate & execute Contract manufactured/ Traded goods strategy project Product extension thru capacity maximization
1. Define RM procurement strategy along with GPS for sustainable supplies & cost competitiveness Business sustainability
2. SOP development for contract goods manufacturing & trading
Qualifications:
1. Mandatory experience in any intermediaries (Fine chemicals, Cosmetic additives, Personal care chemicals, Home care chemicals, Active ingredients, Surfactants)
2. Experience in Go-to market strategy & New product launches
3. Excellent communication
