Job Role:

- Responsible for driving the corporate salary program through the sales team

- Central point of contact at HO for corporate salary & other kotak group companies

- Central point of contact for important large corporate salary relationships

- Drive Sales productivity matrixes across levels across the sales team

- Enhance the Corp Sal proposition where/whenever required along with the product team

- Plan and implement R&R programs for the channel

- MIS & Control on budgets & spends of the channel
