Product Manager - Corporate Salary Products - BFS (MBA Tier1 required)

Location: Mumbai

Job Description :

Product Management

- Manage the existing suite of corporate salary products

- Develop new product variants for new segments

- Conduct Competition Benchmarking - Track competition products, identify new features and recommend basis profitability evaluation

- Monitor and track business growth basis product variants and recommend offer revision where required

- Identify, review and facilitate development of marketing collaterals pertaining to the Salary Portfolio

- Review and ensure updated product information is made available on various touch points i.e., both internal and external customers

- Resolve queries on product, conduct need based product training and track performance across key product parameters.

Job Requirements :

- Prior experience in a product manager role

- Complete knowledge of corporate salary product, will be an added advantage

- Knowledge of AML/KYC norms related to corporate salary

- Team player, passionate, energetic, fast learner, pro-active

- Abreast with the latest updates in banking industry

- Excellent communication skills

Portfolio Manager : Candidate should preferably be from Banking Industry with Good experience in Portfolio Management and should have been part of Liability Product Management team with

Experience of more than 4 Yrs. in Portfolio and Product, should be good at inspecting, cleansing, transforming and modeling data with the goal of discovering useful information, informing conclusions and supporting decision-making, Should have good Excel and PowerPoint skills. Post graduate (Full Time ) from Premier Tier I & Tier II College.
