Product Manager


List the Duties and Responsibilities:

That are significant in achieving the objectives of the job:


- Develop the strategy and product roadmap to grow the category revenue, pricing module and P&L

- Understand Consumer and Market need gaps to design and develop new products and processes

- Enhance Existing product offering and customer experience to increase market share and customer database

- Work closely with business development / sales to meet category revenue

- Work closely with tech team, participating in the tech discussion regarding features feasibility as per technology

- Work with teams like Customer Service, inside sales, Operations etc. to improve our customer retention, identify avenues for cross-selling/up-selling at a product level.

- Ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch, working closely with sales, design and engineering team

Experience Required:

- Minimum relevant or equivalent industry experience require, Please also state what might be desirous / advantageous

- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Product Management role.

Academics: The minimum / critical qualifications you deem necessary for this profile ; MBA from a reputed institute

- Ability to break down a complex problem into logical components, from product and tech perspective.

- Should be able to clearly define the problem statement, the solution, strategy etc. in a product spec

- Should have a grasp of what problems we want to solve for customers

- Ability to identify gaps, walk backwards from the user and structure features/solutions to the same

- Ability to influence engineering team, pitch an idea to leadership in a convincing manner

- Produce high quality product specifications (User Stories) and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time
