- Build strong manufacture relationships
- Develop the product and ensure competitiveness of the product offering in the market, including manufacturing subventions
- Design a state of art process by using cutting edge technology and analytics to build a robust book
- Ensure profitability of the product by ensuring lower operating and credit costs while ensuring the sales teams have key enablers to drive productivity
- Manage top online relationships to ensure digital consumer loans for online spends
- Develop MIS systems and ensure data sharing with dealers and manufacturers on a secure and regular basis
- Central marketing and develop a brand awareness strategy
- Drive cross sell opportunities with potential partners
