Product Manager - Community App/Social Media
- Owned/defined the vision, product strategy, key success metrics & roadmap for the community app features and lead the acquisition of new users and increase the product growth MOM.
- Collaborated with customers, business, design & engineering teams for rolling out an in-app events feature & further improve the user onboarding flow by using hypothesis testing (A/B testing) and increasing the customer engagement & retention.
- Drive the data analytics, marketing, and engagement for the community app, gather deep customer insights, under the product-market fit, and to engage/retain the existing users.
- Product owner for managing the entire development cycle, from concept, design, and development, to launch and achieving business goals.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate with 2 years of relevant experience in the development of social media platforms from Digital Companies.
- Should have worked on building the social media platform or app for B2C customers on online platforms i.e. Mobile/Website from a product development perspective.
Qualification :
- Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Background in IT/Software Development would be added advantage.
