- Ownership of the product & responsible for defining the roadmap from ideation to execution
- Launch new products and ranges, with a lead in market potential, competitiveness and desired product quality
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to on the packaging design - primary, secondary & tertiary
- Research & Testing of new launches on sample demographic
- Make the product market ready - Final handoff to all parties concerned including: marketing, sales & supply chain
- Track the performance of the product portfolio and review KPIs on a regular basis & suggest changes based on product performance
- Lead new product development efforts in beauty products based on forecast and market trends
- Work very closely with other teams by presenting new upcoming or prevailing ideas / trends in the BPC category regular basis
- Understand the product development requirement and account for the same in the seasonal development calendar
- Ensure that all the product comply with regulatory requirements pre launch across all business territories - Experience in working with a network of Global sub contractors will be preferred
