Product Manager - Cloud/SaaS - Telecom

Job Description:

- Experience in Product Management is a must and the domain should be Cloud and SaaS.

- Managing the entire product life cycle from conceptualizing, developing launching new products and handling product change requests, while managing on-going business.

- Launch of New Initiatives, Plans, Products, Campaign to enhance the Revenue & Gross Adds of Wireline

- Responsible for the overall ownership of new product development programs from Strategy, Planning, Analysis, Design & integration of product with various network and IT components (OSS / BSS) to support phases

- Design and develop a customer experience framework with all possible customer scenarios like customer on-boarding, modification orders, Change requests, service request, billing, customer support etc.

- Achieve Revenue & EBIDTA Target for the Wireline Product

- Ensure strong Interlock with other functions CSO, Network, Finance & Sales

- Responsible Operational issues resolution
