Product Manager - CLOS
Skills and Competencies :
1. Experience in LOS product management and product marketing will be preferred
2. Strong experience in the Core banking domain for banking
3. Understanding of Commercial Lending business
4. Exposure to large scale B2B/B2C enterprise tech solutions
5. Exposure to large scale architectures and complex integrations in financial services or e-commerce industry
6. Exposure to API structure and their integrations with enterprise-level architectures
7. Analytical skills to evaluate various customer/product innovations
8. Good in data crunching to understand customer behavior and usage of the applications
9. Good understanding of processes & retail banking technology
10. Strong Project Management abilities
Responsibilities :
1. Work with business and technology teams from many disciplines (strategy, risk, operations, fraud, technology, business intelligence, finance, training, legal, and compliance, cybersecurity) to understand the needs, define features, and prioritize and manage the scope of the Loan Origination System
2. Develops and communicates the product vision roadmap, adjusting to changing market, customer, and/or organizational needs
3. Responsible for driving and defining the vision, launch/implementation, and ongoing improvements of technology-based products and customer experiences within the LOS for Commercial Lending
4. Identify necessary product requirements and features with delivery priority to generate the highest value for the customers and the bank
5. Ownership of existing products and identification of new product opportunities across the business lifecycle
6. Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects to achieve short- and long-term growth targets
7. Keep track of best industry practices and perform industry benchmarking
8. Constructs API definition successfully & understanding of open banking APIs
9. Drive industry partnerships and relationships with respective partners
10. Explore new 3rd party products and services that the bank can leverage for its journeys
11. Act as key authority and point of contact for project development and control
12. Partner with sales, strategy, marketing, engineering, and design teams to bring the product vision to life
13. Collect, analyze and report on data and adjust development plans as needed to facilitate a successful new product rollout
