Client Details :
My client is one of the fastest growing company in the medical devices space (cardio space). As a part of their growth trajectory in India, they are looking to hire a Product Manager to further help them growth their business.
Description :
Reporting to the Marketing Head, your responsibilities would include the following:
- Create marketing strategy to drive business growth and performance
- Create Marketing Campaigns to generate product demand and maintain tracking mechanisms to monitor performance and maintain MIS
- Customer segmentation to drive adoption of products
- Optimize allocated A & P spend by selecting appropriate vendor and agencies for marketing inputs and strategy
- Conduct cycle meeting and training program for field force on marketing strategy
- Visit customers to check implementation of campaign & take corrective actions
- Manage Congress participation and events to train Drs/Technicians
- Maintain competitive intelligence and track it on a regular basis
Profile :
You must come with an experience of minimum 6 years working in medical devices industry with prime focus on cardio space. Furthermore, should have worked as Product Manager for a minimum of 5+ years. The candidate should furthermore come with excellent interpersonal skills
