1. Experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents, Requirement Specification documents (SRS) and User Interface Guides.
2. Experience as business analyst with analyzing business problems, requirement gathering and gap analysis.
3. Experience in co-coordinating with business and IT across all phases of software development life cycle.
4. Working with technical teams to ensure accurate conversion of business requirements into functional specifications.
5. Strong experience in Microsoft Office skills including MS Word, Project, Visio, Excel & PowerPoint etc.
6. Experience in release management.
7. Experience in providing user support end user training
8. Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
