Product Manager - Broking House/Securities Domain - BFSI (3-8 yrs)
- Product development and product improvement (Digital and Offline) by determining customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
- Responsible for tie-up of 3rd party integration and vendor management.
- Driving Business for given product in coordination with Regional Heads, Cluster Heads and Branch Managers.
- Handling and understanding queries of Employees and customers related to product and assessing any improvements needed and working on the same.
- Getting the required product changes integrated with IT & Technical team.
- Driving Business by organizing Training and development sessions, where the agenda is understanding of product, Targets and achievements and how to drive business for the given product from customers.
- Recommending the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements.
- Providing information for management by preparing short term and long term product sales forecasts and special reports and analysis, answering questions and requests.
- Coordinating and involving in meetings with management & product heads for analyzing current trend of given product and what developments are required for smooth flow of working of product.
- Responsible for orchestrating efforts to drive product synchronization leading to overall growth across products and customer satisfaction.
