Job Overview
The incumbent will work on clients mobile application and will be responsible for day to day management and development of mobile app
Enhancing customer experience and driving app usage will be the key performance matrix
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work on the day to day app monitoring, development and enhancement
- Analyze the current customer behavior and app usage and work on improving the user flow
- Monitor customer feedback and actively work on preparing a plan of action to resolve the same
- Use of various analytics tool to define and improve the customer journey
- Vendor management and coordination with internal tech teams to work on customer issue and sprint planning and management
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA with technology background will be preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience in app development and broking domain knowledge
- Experience on working on analytics tools and product management role
