Product Manager - BrandTech (5-12 yrs)

Job Description :

We're proud to develop an innovative product that is set to disrupt the way in which customers and businesses communicate face-to-face. To help us continue to grow our offerings, we're in search of an experienced product manager to lead the development team. As our product manager you'd be responsible for building a communications centric product with absolute focus on customer experience. You must have an engineering background and should be highly skilled in market analysis with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of software product production - from conception through release. You should be well versed with project management tools like JIRA and have a command over agile and kanban methodologies to interact with developers/engineers. A prior experience in being a part of a hyper scaled serverless SaaS product will be a fantastic plus! but is not mandatory. Your role will demand to make decisions on pricing models, product roll-out strategy, design thinking for UX/UI and the ability to quickly understand and interpret customer/client behaviour in order to improvise the product. You will be in a commanding position to prioritise product development with the team(s) in accordance with Stakeholders interests.

Objectives of the Role :

- Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company

- Analyze consumer/client's needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs buy perspective

- Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation

- Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they're successful achieved

- Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple vendors / departments

- Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans

- Lead and support global product sales and adoption

Daily & Monthly Responsibilities :

- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes - including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, product launch and update/enhancements.

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams and outsourcing partners.

- Create product strategy and UML documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, entity relationship & sequence diagrams, revenue, and ROI

- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans

- Make decisions on pricing models, product roll-out strategy, design thinking for UX/UI and understand & interpret customer/client behaviour in order to improvise the product.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, finance, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of product and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization.

- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates us and our features across primary market segments.

- Communicate impeccably Internally and Externally! Both orally and in the written word.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Qualification - Btech, B.E or equivalent (Major in any stream)

- Minimum 3 years experience handling dynamic product management role.

- Well versed with project management tools like JIRA and have a command over agile and Kanban methodologies to interact with developers/engineers.

- Basic knowledge of P2P and Socket Connections OR VOIP

- Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle and strong understanding and experience in launching enterprise SaaS products with a customer centric vision.

- Highly effective cross-functional team management

- Previous experience delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies

- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills

- An entrepreneurial streak will be a distinct advantage
