Product Manager - BPO

Reports to : EVP Global Marketing and Product

JOB SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW :

- Product Manager has the overall responsibility for the planning, life cycle, and promotion of Teleperformance's services, solutions or products with the objective of increasing their usage, penetration and economic value to the company.

- This role needs to have a good understanding of the business and what makes the service/product successful in its market.

- The product manager is responsible to ensure that the services, solutions or products are adapted to the needs of the clients and users, and build/implement a successful go to market strategy. Works closely and articulates all the activities with the sales, marketing, and IT teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES :

- Take overall responsibility for the success of the service/product

- Analyze market trends and service/product usage data, and assess the market competition

- Prepare sales enablement content, working with marketing

- Collect feedback from clients and users, working closely with sales teams

- Build client success stories

- Connect with technology or other partners relevant to the service or product

- Establish a vision for the service/product

EXPERIENCE :
