About the role:

Crosstower is looking for a highly motivated individual with previous experience in the Crypto, Fintech, or Financial Services industry to join our fast-growing team as a Product Manager. This role will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for working closely with IT solution providers, architect design and cross-functional teams across the globe to build new products and new experiences. You- ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital assets and blockchain and making them accessible across the globe.

What you'll be doing:

- Own product development from conception to launch

- Define and analyze metrics to guide product development

- Provide top quality leadership and hold ultimate accountability for all teams within product development hardware, System Intelligence, System Reliability, Security, Front-end, UI/UX and Technical Support

- Develop, test and deploy a strategy to integrate with Financial Exchange System (FIX)

- Systematically review security threats and remove vulnerability throughout the technology stack

- Build a vibrant, motivated and driven Product Development Team that is able to execute and perform at the highest levels

- Be hands-on in leading the teams

- Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision

What You- ll Bring:

- 10+ years of progressive technology experience as an engineer, product manager and a team leader in cross-functional teams in financial or fintech domain

- 4 - 7 Years of overall experience of which experience in the merchant acquiring space either with Payment Aggregators, Banks or Fintech companies would be given high preference.

- Established and existing network with banks both public as well as private sector would be a definite advantage

- Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills

- Analytical capability to deal with the technical, contractual, and financial aspect of the business

- Deep analytical, prioritization and problem solving skills

- Previous experience working in software product management

- Hands on experience of building architecture
