Product Manager - BFSI

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify go to market strategy and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes

- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization and quick time-to-market

- Responsible for understanding the customer profile, competitive offering, and user requirements in depth

- Responsible for innovative feature conceptualization, brainstorm for designing wireframes/prototypes and documenting PRDs to enhance app usability

- Define and track important product metrics
