Product Manager

JD for the role :

- The incumbent shall manage Personal Loans and Business Loans product and be responsible for P&L.

- The scope of job would involve leading marketing activities, product development, sales process design, implementation and P&L.

Key Deliverable :

- Liaise with Sales team, Design and implement relevant product offerings / programs to drive disbursement volumes.

- Develop customer communication, marketing initiatives to achieve business goals

- Analyze the market, portfolio to identify potential opportunities

- Co-ordinate with Sales, Operations, Underwriting team on designing and implementation of processes to reduce TAT and increase customer satisfaction.

- Track competition, industry metrics, forecasts and qualitative market data for different segments

- Liaison with support groups including business intelligence unit, legal, operations and technology to ensure your strategy is understood and executed
