Product Manager - BFS (6-15 yrs)

Pune Job Code: 915768

- Design and build products that delight our Fintech partners, and their customers

- Collaborate with teams throughout customer discovery, validation, and prioritization

- Develop deep expertise and business use cases with our product and future ones

- Create and manage product strategies, roadmaps, project plans, and specifications

- Partner with engineering leads to define technological design and scope

- Ensure that roadmap and prioritization processes are well communicated

- Influence and inspire a cross-functional team to reach ambitious goals

- Strong opinions, loosely held who has navigated both consensus and meritocracy

- Investigate complex problems and design simple solutions for them

- Plan and assist in regular release / launch / sales education process

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

- 4+ years of PM experience in a product based company (SaaS/deep tech/SDK/API)

- 3+ years managing PMs

- Ability to define and translate a vision into detailed and actionable plans

- Strong understanding of agile product development, delivery and tools

- Ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Good with numbers, analytical in thinking, and data driven decision making

- Tinkerer and a power user of Postman / Insomnia, curl, Github, JIRA, mockups, etc

Bonus points for

- Power ProductHunt maker/hunter with a good sense of design

- Ex Entrepreneur in Fintech / LMS / lending / neobank / cards / payments / SaaS

- Bachelors or Masters Degree in HCI / Design / CS or an MBA
