Product Manager - Battery/Energy Storage Firm

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the product roadmap for battery products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.

- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product specifications and deliver high-quality products.

- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

- Define product positioning and messaging for target markets, ensuring effective communication across channels.

- Coordinate product launches, ensuring smooth execution and meeting timelines.

- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements based on data-driven insights.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry experts.

- Support sales and marketing teams with training, product documentation, and other resources to ensure successful product adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in product management, specifically in the battery or energy storage industry.

- Strong understanding of battery technologies, including design, manufacturing, and testing processes.

- Proven experience in managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights gathering.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and business objectives.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
