- Targets rollout for Mobile Agents.

Business and Financial Parameters

- Effective management of commercials with partners.

- Other projects assigned from time to time.

Customer :

Issue Resolution

- Issue coming for mobile agents in Novopay to be monitored and escalated for resolution.

Relationship Management

- In the Distribution team, Being POC for partners to coordinate with multiple internal teams.

- Bringing in new partnerships for business expansion.

TAT Management

- Issue resolution follow up with concerned teams for control TATs.

Internal process :

UAT

- UAT of all the products in Novopay before rollout and highlighting issues and getting is corrected as per approved process.

Process Management / Documentation

- Creating Product note.

- Business Monitoring.

- Monitoring the transaction done by agents

- Product Development.

- Create FSD, BRD, BCA for the requirement.

- Getting the process approved in PAC.

- Getting the cost approved in cost committee.

- Getting the commercials budget approved in EXECOMM.

Process Controls

- Checking the transactions for issues.

- Ensuring support on day-to-day operations matter / one off and problem instances with partners.

- Checking the transactions for frauds and round-tripping.

- Calculating Agent Commissions and getting the payout done.

- Agent Onboarding process creation and controls.

- Ensuring updated legal agreements.

- Getting the agreement prepared and executed.

Training and Field Visits

- Giving training to internal teams for new product rollout.

Reporting

- Reporting for EXECOMM, MRM, Cost Committee, Governance forums, board committee.

People :

Manage cross functional Stakeholders

- Managing internal stakeholders for issues raised by them.

- Managing cross functional teams for product rollout and approvals.

Manage External Stakeholders

- Liaison with external agencies for clearing their issues and onboarding them.
