- Product Management and development
- Business Plan
- Distribution strategy/product penetration and mapping
- Product, portfolio and market analysis
- Development of strategies for new customer acquisitions.
- Product profitability Analysis.
- Competitor analysis.
- Requirement Analysis.
- Launch Plans and Marketing Plan.
- Channel tracking & support.
- Portfolio Control and monitoring.
- Product & process Development/Amendment.
- Creation of suitable market specific variants.
- Evolving the existing product lines.
- Innovation-Process flow eg. Technology.
- Regional Product support - Monitor and track the implementation of the action plan designed the specific regions.
- AHOC/ Misc. Approvals for regional support.
- Customer grievances & their resolution.
- Query and Complaints Desk - Handling queries and complaints Product desk.
- Product audit, control and compliance and Others
- Change in documentation formats.
- Product training and Field visits as per requirement.
- Creating Product awareness among branches & providing product training to the branches/Credit/ RMs.
- Audit query resolution and co-ordination with region for complying with requirements.
- Project basis activities taken up for specific process related changes to be implemented within a stipulated time frame.
